RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of estate planning documents with clients.
- Organize, review, and analyze financial and legal documents for estate planning and administration purposes.
- Track deadlines and manage the administration process from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2-10 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning and administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in legal software and tools, including document management and estate planning software.
